I purchased an onyx table lamp. The shipping time was pretty quick, especially since it was shipped from the UK. Just a heads up, you'll need to grab an adapter for the European plug.

Fast shipping, nicely packed, and a quality light. Price is just right.

I haven't gotten my order yet. I've sent multiple emails but haven't heard back. I placed my order back in December.

I got the selenite crystal tower lamp (25cm) just a few days after placing my order. It was a gift, so I haven't laid eyes on it myself, but my daughter is super pleased with it. I own a similar lamp, and it really creates a nice, soothing vibe.

Gorgeous item, but I got the wrong size in my order and asked for the right one to be sent. I haven't heard back from the seller yet, and now I'm stuck with a selenite bowl that's too tiny, which cost me more than it should've. Really bummed out.

The customer service is just terrible, and the products are faulty with no option for returns. They completely ignore any attempts to reach out.

I bought a crystal lamp, and when it showed up, the base was covered in glue, making it look like it had been returned before (the cable was just hanging loose, not secured like it should be). I tried calling, but all I got was an automated message from BT saying the line wasn’t in use. I went for the online chat, and the rep told me there was an issue with the phone lines that would be sorted out that day. Well, three weeks later, and nothing has changed. I sent an email and they asked for photos, which I provided as proof, but then I heard nothing back—no communication, no phone calls, no chat. It’s like they’ve vanished! Company records show Ms. Kanza Raza started this business in 2020, but now it seems she’s just ignoring her customers and their issues with her defective products. And forget about getting a refund! Feels like a total scam to me.
